Appia Antica Cottage is one of kind. It's a villa surrounded by nature in the Appia antica park,one of Rome's most ancient roads, where you can enjoy peace and relaxation justa few km from the historic centre.

We offer 3 different kinds of accomodation all independent and with en-suite bathrooms.

Other facilities available to our guests are free parkink space as well as a barbeque and bicycles to be shared with other guests.

Breakfast is not included althought all rooms are equpped with a coffe machine ,a kettle,tea, coffe and cakes to start the day. In addition to this,excusively for the use of all our guests, we offer a equipped comunal kitchen where it is possible to prepare breakfast and other meals wich can be enjoyed eaten sitting at a large outdoor table while viewing the swimming pool.

You will also find 3 wonderful and friendly dogs: PACHINO, PRUGNA, OLIVA. They will make you feel at home, while on holiday, with their warmth and affection!

APPIA ANTICA COTTAGE is ideal for all those who love nature and relaxing and who, after a long day of sightseeing and shopping in the chaos of the eternal city, love returning to a welcoming environment to enjoy a nice glass of wine in front of a beautifull sunset ans surranded by the smell of jasmine.

HOW TO REACH APPIA ANTICA COTTAGE

From Fiumicino airport

It is possible to take LEONARDO TRAIN or varius coaches, for example TERRAVISION, wich will take you to TERMINI STATION from there you can catch the METRO A, the A line undergraund towards Anagnina and get off at ARCO DI TRAVERTINO. From there take the 765 bus direction Laurentina wich will leave you in front of the APPIA ANTICA COTTAGE after 13 stops.

Alternatively you can reach us with our shuttle service the cost of 40 euros each way to be reserved at the moment of booking the room

From Ciampino airport

There are various buses, for example TERRAVISION which will take you to TERMINI STATION, from there you can catch the METRO A the Aline undergraund towards ANAGNINA and get off at ARCO DI TRAVERTINO. From there take 765 bus which will leave you in front of APPIA ANTICA COTTAGE after 13 stops.
Alternatively, you can reach us with our shuttle service, the cost of 25 euros per tripto be reserved at the moment of booking the room.

By car

The closest ring road exit is number 23: ROMA SAN GIOVANNI CAPANNELLE. By inserting "APPIA ANTICA COTTAGE" on google maps you will reach our front gate.
