The luxury outbuilding is without a doubt the best for space and confort, with an independent entrance and private outdoor space, furnished with sofas and surrounded by a multitude of plants where you can relax after a long tiring day.

The room has a very large private bathroom with a spacious shower, a large window and country style furnishings. You will also find linen and accessories such as shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer provided in the bathroom.

In the bedroom the bed is a confortable and spacious double bed with cotton sheets in the summer and a goose down duvet and duvet cover in the winter. There is also a large window which frames the wonderful garden outside.
The room is also provided with a french size sofa bed which, if need be, can be used for an extra guest.

The luxury outbuilding is equipped with kettle, neroespresso, coffee, tea and small breakfast basket, you will also find a small selection of wines which however price are not included in the price of the room.

As it is a very spacious room if necessary, it is possible to add a camp bed for children or infants if requested.

The room is also equipped with air conditioning and central heating, and obviously with wi-fi and tv.

The use of swimming pool is included in the price of the room.

Surrounded by nature with climbing ivy which almost completely envelops it, the superior outbuilding is a place of peace and tranquillity. It has private outdoor space furnished with sunshade and outdoor sofas which give our guests the privacy they need.

Inside the room there is a large window with wooden beams across the ceiling. On the house for your breakfast you will find a neroespresso, a kettle, tea, coffee and cakes. Not included in the price of the room is a small selection of wines.

It is the smallest master bedroom. It has a private bathroom with a spacious shower, linen and bathroom accessories such as shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer.

The room has a double bed with cotton sheets in the summer and a duvet in the winter.
There is a window both in the badroom and in the bathroom.

You will also find coffee, tea, a kettle and espresso coffee machine all free of charge.
The room has an independent entrance, wifi, a tv and central heating no air conditional only cooling fan in the summer.

It is small but very welcoming. The use of the swimming pool is included in the price of the room.
